Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bioz.lol ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Bioz.lol provides a page builder that allows users to create and publish personal profile pages. We offer both a free tier and a paid Premium subscription.

3. Premium Plans

We offer two premium plans:

Monthly Plan — billed monthly, can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Lifetime Plan — a one-time payment granting permanent access to all premium features.

4. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

This applies to both Monthly and Lifetime plans. By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the service, accidental purchases, or unused time remaining on a subscription.
Monthly subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle will retain premium access until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued.
Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable as they provide permanent access.

5. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, you must contact us first at support@bioz.lol before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate and permanent termination of your account and all associated services without refund.

6. Service Compensation

In cases where a verified technical issue or service outage has materially impacted your use of the Service, we reserve the right — at our sole discretion — to offer compensation in the form of extended Premium access. This is our only form of compensation and does not constitute a cash refund.

7. Cancellation

Monthly subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time from their Dashboard. Upon cancellation, the subscription will not renew and access to Premium features will end at the close of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in abuse, or uses the service for illegal activity. No refunds will be issued upon termination for violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bioz.lol and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
